Rick Hawkes joined Bangor Neon in 1985 after several years with another sign company in the area. He has worn many hats during his service at Bangor Neon nicely settling into supervision of fabrication, scheduling installations and maintenance along with estimating for both local and national accounts.

He trouble shoots on the road when needed especially on high voltage neon, pitches in on fabrication in the shop and has even been seen with a quill inhand gold leafing on an art piece when needed.

His versatility and wry sense of humor serve him well in this unique realm of custom signs.
